I'd like to express my thanks to Rebecca on the sales team at Spencer Cars. From the first phone call (of which there were many) to the final collection, she followed through on every agreed action and kept me regularly updated on progress.
When I made requests for further information on, for example, the warranty details, the documents arrived in the post the following day.
