From start to finish to after care, these guys provide such a friendly honest and helpful service. First of all The sales manager Lee was incredibly helpful during and after the sales process and just in general very pleasent to deal with. Apart from all the normal checks carried out by themselves on the vehicle they welcomed an RAC check with open arms and happily rectified any issues the cropped up in the inspection along with a vehicle service and valet before purchase. The price was fair and a bargain when you consider the level of customer service provided. In all honesty the car soon developed a intermittent misfire which had thought to be previously cured, however Mark and Toby in the service department bent over backwards to find the issue and rectify it as quickly as possible and we’re also equally pleasant to deal with. Everyone at Spencer’s seems to be a lovely bunch committed to providing a first rate, almost Main dealer standard service, Something you seldom see with used car dealerships. I would highly reccomend the company and in future should I need another used vehicle I shall be heading straight here first!
