I didn't buy a car from here but I test drove one and regretted not buying it. I think I dealt with James. He was relaxed and polite. He mentioned a stat relating to a surprisingly high number of return customers they have that I found hard to believe at the time but, from reading these reviews, is quite conceivable now, and I actually might seek this dealership out for future buys. He guided us to a great test drive and it was a lovely car that made it difficult to choose between with another one I had seen elsewhere. I think James's relaxed manner was due to his confidence in the stock they sold and the beautiful Estoril blue BMW 1 series was definitely the one that got away. Thanks for your help Spencers and hope to do business with you in future instead.
